New York, N.Y. - Seniors Osama Khalifa and Tanvi Khanna as well as first-year Velavan Senthilkumar have been named All-Americans, the College Squash Association announced on Tuesday.

Khalifa is a four time first team All-American selection and posted a 51-4 regular season record over his career at Columbia. Khalifa was the Ivy League Player of the Year for the third consecutive season this year and was honored with the 2018 Skillman Award ealier this month. He went 12 -2 this season and 6-1 in Ivy League.

First-year Velavan Senthilkumar is the first Columbia first-year to receive All-American status since Khalifa was a first teamer in 2015. Senthilkumar picked up this honor after advancing to the quarter finals of the Pool Trophy (A Division) at CSA Individual Championships at the beginning of March. Senthilkumar was a unanimous selection to the All-Ivy League First Team as well. Playing primarily in the No. 2 position, Velavan Senthilkumar held a 12-1 record this season and was 5-1 in Ivy League play. 

Both Khalifa and Senthilkumar were integral parts of Columbia men's squash's Ivy League Championship team title.

Tanvi Khanna is a second team All-American for the third consecutive season after playing for the Ramsay Cup (A Division) at CSA Individual Championships for the third consecutive season. Khanna has played in the No. 1 position for the Lions for the past three seasons. This season, Khanna posted an 8-5 regular season record and picked up All-Ivy honors for the third straight year as well.
